We do a lot of work with community and rental property management companies. Recently, a property manager contacted us to see about having some work done on behalf of one of his homeowner’s associations. We’ve previously worked together on several community projects, including neighborhood sidewalks, walls, fences, tennis courts, and playground equipment. This job was for a large subdivision in West Orlando. The HOA board wanted to restore the beauty of the PVC fence that surrounds the perimeter of the community. It was covered with dirt and ugly green streaks of algae.
Using our soft wash cleaning process, which involves the gentle application of a cleaning agent, followed by a low-pressure rinse, we were able to remove the mold, mildew, and algae. Now they have a bright shiny community fence just in time to decorate for the holiday season!
